HIV,
AIDS .. these words no more scare us..thanks to the wide spread awareness! But
societal stigma still continues, I think.
Doctors supposed to treat the infected sensitively, have been denying
them treatment. A few Bold Doctors have
come forward and are voluntarily offering treatment. They are bold enough to
perform operations! APSACS is assisting them.
